Cashier

The Cashier is your own private Swiss account. Like Swiss banks, TriviaTank's Cashier is a robust security system, designed to protect the most sensitive data, ensuring the highest integrity and professional practices, with complete transparency and privacy.
In The Cashier you can execute and track financial transactions (deposits or withdrawals) and generate reports.

Payment Methods

To make a transaction on TriviaTank you need at least one valid payment method, either a credit card or a Paypal account. The details required vary upon the payment method selected. Only the last four digits of your credit card are safely stored for reference. Under no circumstances will your card number be recorded. For your convenience, other transaction details are kept to be displayed on your next transaction request.

Transactions

Transactions are operations involving the transfer of funds from one wallet to another. This includes gaming and non-gaming transactions. Gaming transactions are part of the game flow taking place in the Lobbies and Game interfaces. Non-gaming transactions include member’s initiated operations (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, reversing withdrawal) and Service initiated events (i.e. bonus awards). Deposit – You are free to make any number of deposits at any given time for any amount starting at a minimum of $25. Once the request is approved by your banker the funds will be added to your TriviaTank account.

Withdraw – You are free to make any number of withdrawals at any given time for amounts starting at a $30 minimum. Once a request is accepted the funds are immediately deducted from your account balance. It takes approximately 72 hours to process the request. During this period, funds withdrawn are in pending status.

Reverse Withdrawal – when you wish to make a deposit to your account and still have funds in pending you may request to cancel the withdrawal and reinstate the pending funds to your account balance.

Bonuses – TriviaTank bonuses are REAL money added directly to your balance. All your bonuses are yours to play and all winnings are yours. However, bonus withdrawals are subject to Cash-out Conditions (COC) before being withdrawn from the account balance.

Reports

The reports are designed to give you detailed and fully transparent view of your activities and actions related to your balance. The transaction report summarizes deposits and withdrawals and their current or final status.
